Mini Album: Across the Nullarbor by Train

I do love trains, especially all day and all night trains. Last year, May 2007, we crossed the continent from Sydney to Perth on the Indian Pacific. What a great trip it was, but it's taken me more than a year to make the mini album I had planned.

The cover of the mini-album.
The covers are Basic Grey paper, the 'hot sun' is copper embossed and the title is my caligraphy. It is bound with a Bind-It-All machine and black coil.

Inside front cover.
Inside the front cover, there is the Indian Pacific logo and a few facts about the journey.

The pages are black photo album refill pages cut to size. The photos are printed on my colour laser printer, and the notes printed with a white pen.
Journey's end, and the back inside cover paper.
It was great fun doing it and I'd like to do more. A busy life makes it a bit of a challenge but who doesn't have that! Making time is on the agenda.

Hope you liked this little and simple book. It's been on the mantle piece for a little while and lots of visiting people have picked it up and asked about the trip which is lovely.
